By downloading, installing, or using Arythm, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Arythm. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Arythm is a cycle awareness app for couples. It reads menstrual cycle data from Apple Health and optionally the Oura Ring, computes the current cycle phase on-device, encrypts it, and shares it with a linked partner. The partner sees the phase, contextual tips, and well-being indicators.
Arythm is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Cycle phase estimates are approximate and should not be used for medical decisions, fertility planning, or contraception. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical concerns.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You may sign in using Apple or Google authentication.
Arythm offers the following roles:
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store via RevenueCat. Billing, renewals, and cancellations follow Apple's standard subscription terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone's Settings under Subscriptions.
Arythm's Oura Ring integration connects to the Oura API via OAuth2. Your use of Oura Ring data within Arythm is also subject to Oura's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You may disconnect your Oura Ring at any time.
You agree to provide accurate information, use the app in compliance with applicable laws, and not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the app's operation or security.
You may stop using Arythm at any time. Unlinking from your partner immediately deletes all shared cycle data from our servers. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Arythm is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to inaccurate cycle phase estimates.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Arythm after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
