Arythm is designed to be simple and private. If you have questions, feedback, or run into any issues, we'd love to hear from you.

How Arythm Works

• The Sharer connects Apple Health (and optionally an Oura Ring) to sync her cycle data
• Arythm computes the current cycle phase entirely on-device
• Only the phase label is shared — encrypted end-to-end before it leaves the phone
• The Viewer (her partner) sees the current phase, contextual tips, and well-being indicators
• Either person can unlink at any time — all shared data is deleted instantly

Oura Ring Integration

• Optionally connect your Oura Ring for more accurate phase detection
• Arythm uses temperature trends, HRV, and heart rate data to refine ovulation detection
• All Oura data is processed on your device — raw biometrics are never sent to our servers
• You can disconnect your Oura Ring at any time in Settings
